Privacy Policy

What we collect

• A random device identifier (cookie) used only to enforce "one spin per user" on our Fluency Wheel — no personal profile is built from it.
• Terms you type into the AI Tool, sent to our AI provider to generate your answer. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this field.
• Contact form submissions (name, email, message) used only to respond to you.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank information.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to track spin-wheel eligibility. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Third parties

We use Razorpay for payments and an AI API provider (Anthropic/OpenAI) to generate tool answers. Both process data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any contact-form data we hold by emailing hello@capitalai.in.

Children's use

Students may use our learning tools; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what is described above, and recommend parental/teacher guidance for younger students.
